What Is Click-to-Dial?
Click-to-Dial is a browser-based plugin that allows users to auto dial any number on a web page with one click. It’s especially helpful to employees who work with web-based business tools (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce).
How Does Click-to-Dial Work?
When you click a phone number on your computer screen, you’ll instantly receive a call on your Vonage phone. The moment you answer, you’ll hear “Please wait,” followed by ringing while your party is being dialed using auto dial.
